Originality.
Munich 72 Collected takes measures to verify that all items sold on this site are original. I have over 15 years experience dealing with these items. However, there is no official guarantee of originality, therefore if you are dissatisfied with any of the items we will be happy to discuss the situation and offer a full refund if required (within 14 days of receipt of product).

 


Condition.


[ 1* ] Mint - Like new, no flaws.

[ 1 ] Near Mint - One or two very minimal flaws.

[ 2 ] Excellent - Minimal signs of age and/or damage.


[ 3 ] Very Good - Minor signs of age and/or damage, usually hidden once framed. (Might include age spots, very small tears [less than 10mm] and minor edge creasing).

[ 4 ] Good - Signs of age and/or damage. (Might include age spots, edge creasing and small tears [10-50mm] etc).


[ 5 ] Fair - Signs of damage or age. (Large tears, creasing etc).

 

Payment.
All transactions are processed via Stripe or PayPal in Euro. Personal invoices can be arranged if you would prefer to pay via another method (e.g. bank transfer).

 

Shipping.
We aim to ship the majority of products within 2 - 3 working days. If any item is not in stock you will be notified and refunded in full within 48 hours of confirmation of order. Orders will be shipped twice weekly. Shipments are sent from Cyprus using registered overseas services and insurance is obtained for all overseas goods.

Import Tax and Duties.
Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be borne at the customer's expense. Munich 72 Collected has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs.

* For UK buyers, due to the new UK customs rules any imported items over the value of £135 are checked and held by customs until Import VAT has been paid to the postal service. You will most likely also incur a handling charge from Parcelforce/Royal Mail. 

Clearance items.
Clearance items are sold as seen / described and are non-refundable. More information or photographs are available on request. 

 

Returns.
Product may be returned if you notify us via email within 14 days of receipt of product. Products must be returned undamaged and in the state in which they were sent. You are responsible for ensuring correct packing of the product and using appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods with relevant insurance cover in place. Munich 72 Collected is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods we will refund your payment within 7 days minus the costs of initial shipping and packing charges. The dimensions of all of our products are advertised on the site so please check that you are happy with the size of any items prior to ordering.

 

Loss and Damage.
If you do not receive your product or your product is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and retain the product and packing whereupon we will advise on the appropriate course of action. Please allow up to 14 days for your items to arrive and before contacting us regarding lost items. Refunds for lost or damaged items may be dependant on the relevant local postal forms being completed.
